Ready Planted organises a series of fairs and markets at Rivers Meet Craft Cafe in Methley near Leeds. We hope you’ll come and visit – Rivers Meet is a lovely venue. - Sunday 24th June: An Alternative Wedding Fair. If you’re planning a wedding you’re probably looking at the mounting costs and wondering whether you should skip off to Gretna Green instead. We bring you local suppliers, crafters and professionals offering an alternative….showing you how to do some things yourself or get the best value by moving off the high street. Almost fully booked with great exhibitors, if you’re looking for a great way to make the most of your money we have the ideas for you.
- Sunday 8th July, Rivers Meet Birthday Bash: stalls inside and out a BBQ, face painting, traditional summer fete games and entertainment, come and celebrate Rivers Meet’s first birthday in style.
- Sunday 16th September, Food & Drink Harvest Fair: local food and drink producers and makers…..and foodie related goodies. We’ll have lots of autumn bounty at our harvest fair. Stalls inside and outside the venue – a great big fair with lots for everyone.
- 21st October - Halloween Fair. Spooky goings on and a mix of crafts all kinds of products and goodies for the season.
- 18th November – Handmade Autumn Fair – our talented stallholders with beautifully crafted gifts, handmade by themselves. Good things not available on the high street and a chance to start the Christmas shopping with gifts your family and friends won’t find everywhere else.
- 2nd December - Christmas Gift Fair. The perfect place to do your Christmas shopping. Masses of choice, no hustle and bustle, individual attention from our stallholders, great coffee and comfy chairs – an altogether much better shopping experience!
All the Fairs will run from 10am to 3pm unless otherwise stated.
Please note this is a small venue and space is limited. There will be outside space for the summer events. If you are interested in exhibiting or selling at any of our fairs you might like to book early.

I am really interested in being a stallholder at some of your events, particularly the craft fairs and the alternative wedding fair. My business is called the little shop of lathers and I make natural bath products, soaps, bath bombs, bath melts, salts, etc.
